Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Fluffever. As all of our products are made to order, please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Production & Processing Time Every order requires custom production before shipment. Manufacturing typically takes up to 30 calendar days (approximately 21 business days). Once your order is ready, we will ship it immediately and send you tracking information.
Shipping Destinations & Transit Times We ship via air freight to the following regions, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch:
- North America (United States)
- Europe (major EU countries)
- Oceania (Australia)
- Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore)
- United Kingdom
Estimated Delivery Time Total delivery time = production time + transit time, typically 35–38 calendar days from the date of order.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Delays All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
